Our Online Enquiry Form

  • What we collect: your name, phone number, the service you need and your project details, plus your email address and postcode if you choose to give them, and the page you sent the form from.
  • Why (lawful basis): to answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation, which are steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract with us.
  • Where it goes: your enquiry is emailed to our business inbox through our website host's mail service (Hostinger). A copy is kept securely on the web server, outside the public website, so an enquiry is never lost if an email fails.
  • How long we keep it: the server copy is deleted automatically after 365 days. Enquiries that become jobs are kept with our business records for as long as the law requires.
  • What we do not keep: we do not store your IP address. To stop spam we keep a short-lived, one-way scrambled code instead, which cannot be turned back into your address.

Who We Share Information With

We do not sell your information. It is handled by the services we use to run this website and our business: Hostinger (website hosting and email delivery), Google (email inbox, and Google Analytics if you allow analytics cookies) and WhatsApp (if you choose to message us there). Some of these providers may process data outside the UK, under the safeguards UK data protection law requires.
